Immediate need for a talented Leaning Designer II with experience in the Airlines Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply strategic and critical thinking attributes to develop training plans and content for the implementation of new HR products, programs, tools, and technical enhancements.
• Facilitate discussions and scope needs by collaborating with HR partners to determine information needed to develop knowledge and training materials that will define a premier employee experience.
• Identify new and innovative ways to develop and execute trainings within Human Resources programs and system launches and ongoing delivery. This may include video, nano-trainings, infographics, in-system training, assessment development and other best practice and/or emerging training techniques.
• Lead the design and development process, which includes working with multiple partners to design, develop and implement the required training solutions that will drive the best experience for our colleagues with Human Resource systems, tools, and processes.
• Summarize, analyze, and make recommendations for revisions or discontinuation to learning interventions.
• Identify and implement best practice techniques for eliciting feedback from trainees to ensure continuous improvement of system training programs.
• Partner with a number of internal teams to help the implementation of change management plans as related to knowledge and training components.
• Develop and continuously maintain HR knowledge content (process, policy, procedures, and related trainings) in ServiceNow Knowledge Base.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Strong writing, design and editing skills.
• Experience in audio/narration editing (LMS System: Adobe Captive, Articulate, Vyond)
• Experience creating videos and podcasts
• Ability and desire to quickly incorporate new technology and products into learning methods (e.g. videos, podcasts, digital learning; design software)
