We are looking for someone who can maximize the commercial impact of brand by ensuring a user-centric, consistent and high-quality branded experience throughout our channels, with a stronger focus on owned channels and our digital experience.

You will lead the ongoing development of digital design guidelines and TOV/ copywriting guidelines to facilitate effective content that maximizes customer acquisition and revenue growth particularly in the digital space. You will deliver more effective and consistent brand experience through owned digital channels, driving effectiveness with other key business-wide stakeholders and leaders. You will deliver the digital design guidelines, templates and modules for web and emails, and app working closely with key UX experts and agency partners.

We are looking for someone to project manage and lead the delivery of a global content strategy and execution across owned channels working with key stakeholders including, SEO, product, UX, regional marketing leads. Also need to manage the global relationship with the content agency partner. You will support brand projects for the US/CA and LACA market, lending expertise in brand guidelines, strategy and visual identity. You will support US based partnerships by being the key brand representative for co-branding or other logo needs.

For this role you will need outstanding creative appreciation and feedback skills to direct brand visual development internally and with global agency partners, Brand experience strategy expertise to work closely on our web and app stakeholders, and experience working with Abstract and Wordpress a plus, but not required. You will have the ability to influence and persuade sr management; build productive relationships with peers and leaders; company-wide change-agent that influences strategic actions and mindset changes. You will have the ability to be a company-wide change-agent that influences strategic actions and mindset changes.

You will need 8+ years in brand or experience strategy, ideally with international experience (correlating with our send & receive markets). You will also need digital experience design skills demonstrated through projects such as website redesign or website migrations.

Annual base salary gross:  $98,080-163,467. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
