Lead Superintendent We are a local multifamily GC and have been in the NC market for almost a decade and have a TON of work coming in. $250M slatted for 2022 and already have a backlog for next year. Voted best places to work!

What You Will Be Doing The Lead Superintendent is responsible for coordinating all activities related to the construction on site. Must have a proven track record of meeting production, quality, and customer service standards in a multi-family housing environment. Must ensure that projects are produced, delivered, and erected on time and within prescribed budgets.

Provide overall leadership for on-site field administration/supervision and technical management for all construction operations, including direct supervision of asst super, foreman, subcontractors, and other construction personnel.
What You Need for this Position 15+ years overall construction experience
7+ years superintendent experience
Experienced in Multi family/Mix- use/student housing builds is a MUST
Garden style/wrap/podium experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Project, Outlook etc.) Sage Project Management
OSHA 10 certification
Prior success managing site safety and insurance risks
