Job Description:

• Follow all safety policies and procedures in performing work assignments.
• Conduct self so as to present a professional image.
• Perform proficient setups of all finishing equipment.
• Perform quality checks and adjustments.
• Perform diagnosis and repair.
• Identify and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
• Prepare all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Management Team and assist other department personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in any and all appropriate training.

• Help maintain Inventory of tooling and parts.

Proactively administer preventive maintenance and repair of the equipment products.

Lead Specific Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor with shift or department leadership and supervisory back-up as needed.
• Assist with the delegation of responsibility while providing clear expectations, consistent accountability and regular feedback.
• Lead, mentor and develop employees to consistently meet expectations by growing in character and competence.
• Model appropriate safety habits, while promoting workplace safety procedures and policies.
