Innova Solutions is hiring for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team.

Position type: Initial 6 months contract term with an option to hire
Location: Seeking LOCAL CANDIDATES TO RICHMOND, VA

**Position requires hybrid/2 days onsite in Richmond, VA**

Position is open to all types of employment to include w2, 1099, C2C, however candidates must be able to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

This role would be responsible for leading a team of application developers on a multi-year modernization project to re-code an enterprise production system in cutting edge technologies (kubernetes, containerization, etc). This role will be responsible for the technical leadership of the team as well as being hands-on, contributing to the design, development and implementation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field of study.
• Experience in leading a team of developers through a large multi-year development effort to re-code a core business platform.
• Strong /proven experience in front-end development with strong experience in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Angular/Typescript, C#, Web Services, JQuery, HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Micro Services, API Services, Rabbit MQ, and MSMQ.
• Experience with Database and Reporting to include SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and PowerBI.
• Strong experience in analysis and debugging is required.
• Experience in developing large, complex, interconnected systems on various software platforms.
• Strong communications skills and the ability to lead a team of Senior Developers.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $75.00 to $90.00 per hour.
