Job Description Summary
The Lead Cleaner will work under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and perform a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services. Such duties shall be in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures of C&W Services. This position will work 3 days on 2nd shift and on Saturday and Sunday.
Job Description

The LEAD CLEANER shall perform all custodial duties as assigned in addition to the following responsibilities

• Highly skilled in providing information regarding products and services of the company.
• Floor Care skilled such as us Scrub restrooms floor and strip/wax floors, carpet shampoo
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all employees.
• Exceptionally skilled to handle returns and complaints effectively.
• Demonstrates ability to accomplish multiple tasks as requested.
• Bilingual; ability to read, write and speak fluently in both English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of safety practices with various cleaning solutions for housekeeping.

Qualifications

• 2 years' custodial experience with thorough knowledge of custodial cleaning and service, methods and procedures
• Must have ability to work well with other crew members
• Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the job duties

• Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check, including criminal history.
