Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

* Model the behaviors expected of all GameStop associates including a drive for results with a clear bias for action; high levels of maturity and professionalism; giving, receiving, and responding to feedback effectively; a high service orientation; and clear commitments to diversity, inclusion, a respectful workplace, and integrity

* Oversee 2-3 Loss Prevention Specialists

* Hire new Loss Prevention Specialists when growth requires it

* Assist in the investigations of employees and report and follow up on suspicious practices or invoices uncovered when auditing locations and reviewing DVRs footage.

* Collect, review, and distribute the inventory report to the management team for weekly review.

* Manage the quarterly audit document and report monthly audits numbers

* Ensure audit score sheets are reported in a timely manner

* 6am-2pm shift

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

* Accredited Bachelor's in Business Management or related field required; at least one year of additional related experience may be considered in substitution

* 4 or more years of related experience required

* Work overtime as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

* Expert ability to work under demanding time constraints and production goals

* Proficient project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities

* Possess expert analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
