Tactica Solutions is seeking qualified candidates that are looking for a challenge and interested in working in a team environment. This position is on a future contract and the majority of the work is rotating shifts in 90-day cycles. Candidates must be willing to work shift work and work in the Augusta, GA area.

Description: The Journeyman Operator shall perform 24/7 operational support to the government by performing required tasks. The JO-SIERRA also performs signals analysis. The JO-SIERRA mentors less experienced Operators in order to enhance and reinforce Training Programs and Operational TTPs. The JO-SIERRA leverages their skills, knowledge, and experience to apply geospatial analysis techniques, develop reports, perform target analysis and maintain databases.

Job Requirements

Clearance: A current TS/SCI clearance, and polygraph are required.

Required Experience:
• DOD Client JBOC Course
• DOD Client PGO Certification
• Successful completion of 451 or 452 Signal Analysis Course

Desired: Full Scope Polygraph
