Job Skills / Requirements

The Area Manager is responsible for the daily maintenance of several buildings, to include direct supervision and training of cleaning associates, management of e-hub time and budgets. Supervises and coordinates activities of associates engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial, industrial, or other establishments such as schools, stores, or auditorium by performing the following duties. Schedules and performs cleaning tasks including project work such as scrubbing floors, extracting carpets, etc.
