*Job Description:*




* Responsible for performing the Production Defect Triage, Production Break fixes & Data Fixes,

* DevOps activities - CI/CD & automation of code pipelines, environmental builds - code deployment, environment support and monitoring, participate in release management activities, participate in vendor relationship management activities - internal and external, asset consolidation and management activities, Product defect fixes and product lifecycle management - including the software, hardware & COTS upgrades as part of the product operations team.

* * Provide technical leadership to IT Operations support team for a large, critical commercial web application in Optum State Government Solutions

* * Provide level 3 technical analysis/ support for customer incident tickets

* * Lead from the front a small team of 24X7 rotational-oncall-support to address critical impact incidents / service outages, on a need basis

* * Provide deep dive analysis on application problem records to document root cause and suggest/ help implement proactive activities to help avoid future instances until a long term fix can be applied

* * Assist Service Level owner with coordination of ITIL standards support tasks and coordination with other support groups

* * Structured and precise internal and client-communications

* * Identify enhancements to improve supportability, operability or performance of supported application(s)

* * Identify and help implement continuous improvement initiatives within the IT Operations team

* * Identify and lead the development of L1/ L2 incident support knowledge documents to help streamline rapid restoration of customer incidents

* * Lead Analysis, design and development of medium and large system enhancements



*Required Qualifications: *




* * 5+ years' experience in the below area :

* - OpenShift Enterprise cloud platform and deployments (YAML) OR Docker scripting, python and bash scripting.

* - Support experience with troubleshooting in key technologies (Java, PL/SQL).

* - Continuous integration experience (for example tools like Jenkins) with knowledge on groovy scripting.

* - Experience with programmatic interaction with database - MySQL, Oracle, SQL server, preferably a Dynatrace configuration and Splunk to query the indexes.

* - Exposure to F5 Network Load balancing configurations, code analysis and inspection of logs.

* - Openshift Cloud Platform. Well Acquainted in Deployment and Code promotion to the higher environments

* * API Gateways [Kong] *Vault [Hashicorp and Cyberark] *log aggregation tools such as Splunk, Performance tools like

* * Dynatrace and monitoring tools like Sitescope. * microservices architecture and well acquainted with Springboot framework.

* * Jenkins Pipeline and groovy scripting experience.

* * 5+ years of experience in Core Java, J2EE technologies, Maven, ANT, Java Spring (or similar technologies / frameworks)

* * 3+ years of experience in SQL scripting, preferably with SQL server experience

* * 3+ years of experience Node.js and ReactJS

* * 1+ years of Experience in Openshift Enterprise Environment

* * UNIX shell scripting capability Preferred Qualifications:

* * Experience with AngularJS

* * Experience with BPM tools(IBM ODM, JBPM, Drools)

* * Experience with Tableau

* * Experience with Mulesoft, Mule ESB and Oracle SOA service
