Red River is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager with the drive and determination to deliver successful IT support with exceptional Client satisfaction. This position will be dedicated to one of Red River's Enterprise clients, a nationwide real estate developer and builder with 550 employees, 30+ locations, and annual revenues over $1B. The Client's current environment consists of Google Workspace Enterprise, AWS EC2, private cloud, and Cisco CUCM. The right candidate will assist the customer and manage the migration of SSO applications from Google to Azure, assist with implementing, administering, and evolving Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, and 8x8 cloud-based phone system; migrating away from the private cloud and AWS; and managing/reporting/remediating reoccurring security audits and controls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Client advocate and day to day oversight of all Red River services provided to them
  • Establish and maintain a firm understanding of the Client's IT infrastructure and alignment to business needs
  • Maintain routine performance reporting, meeting cadence and feedback loop with Client and Red River management including weekly, monthly, quarterly and as needed
  • Staffing, accountability, and oversight of Red River dedicated resources including routine performance reviews based on their roles, responsibilities, performance metrics, Customer Satisfaction survey feedback and direct input from the Client
  • Maintain a technical 'Strategic Plan' including initiative identification, recommendations, prioritization, scoping and establishing next steps to move them forward
  • Assist Client with budgeting and forecasting of renewals and strategic initiatives
  • Establish and provide continuous improvement of Client service delivery processes, documentation and standard operation procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist Client with Vendor and Asset Management
  • Constantly assess Client sentiment and feedback to identify areas for focus and improvement
  • Perform routine quality assurance investigations and reviews
  • Change management approver for IT infrastructure changes
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Experience
  • 5 years Client facing a combination of IT service delivery and project management and client relationship management experience
  • 2 years demonstrated leadership experience managing Client(s) and technical/engineering resources
  • 5 Years managing IT infrastructure and cloud service
  • Understanding and troubleshooting of Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Server OS, Desktop OS, and common user application technologies
  • Understanding and troubleshooting of TCP/IP networking including firewall, switch and wireless technologies
  • Ability to build out a strategic plan and execute tactical goals and initiatives
  • Passion for technology, teamwork, overcoming challenges and providing exceptional customer service
  • Process orientated with strong prioritization, problem-solving, diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with confidence in front of Clients
  • Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented with the ability to motivate team members to deliver, provide ownership, take positive action and remain accountable


Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • ITIL Foundation certification required
  • Project+, CAPM Certification(s) desired


Additionally, an ideal candidate will possess:
  • Managed Service Provider experience in a technical leadership role
  • Experience with tools such as AutoTask PSA, Kaseya RMM, LogicMonitor NMM, and the ServiceNOW platform
  • Previous Hands-on technical engineering experience
  • Strong consulting and communication skills
  • Confidence and experience in front of clients
  • Strong ability to work in a team-based environment
  • Ability to be a self-starter and possess good time management skills
