We are looking for a Services Desk Manager with over 3 years of experience leading a services desk team. You will be handling software and hardware requests, access requests, account management, resolving issues, and help train users on how to make their experience easier.
What You Will Be Doing - Handle software and hardware requests
- Access requests
- Account management
- IT training
What You Need for this Position At least 3 years of experience with:
- Leading Service Desk Team
- ITIL, ITSM, KCS, CMDB
- M365
- Incident Management

Nice to haves:
- HDI or ITIL certifications
- ServiceNow
