POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Main focus will be Salesforce.com CRM, along with other sales enablement applications.
  • This role is accountable for business analysis activities related to agile development, with emphasis on translating user requests into user stories for Salesforce.com Projects or Enhancements, Data Conversion, Integration, and Process design needs, providing detailed functional knowledge throughout the agile development process and maintain insight to current industry best practices and how they can be applied at company..

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Assist users with Sales Enablement applications support, administration, development and reporting Functional and Administration expertise is to be demonstrated within Salesforce application.
  • Participate in all phases of system lifecycle including analysis, requirement definition, solution design, configuration/development, testing, deployment, and support utilizing an Agile delivery model Facilitate meetings to understand business goals and customer requirements, guide users through Salesforce processes and products and write user stories that will achieve the customers and business goals.
  • Ensure user stories are complete by validating acceptance criteria.
  • Create/maintain support process documentation and user training material Conduct proactive system monitoring, identify and report technical risks and interdependencies Perform product upgrades and maintenance releases
  • Communicate with users regarding status or technical issues
  • Understand the business and current Salesforce implementation in order to identify potential issues for end-users
  • Establishes appropriate relationships at all levels within the organization to influence and execute strategy/operations.
  • Establishes, interprets, executes and recommends modifications to processes and policies.
  • Ensures governance, compliance, and regulatory processes are followed.
  • Partners with deployment leadership to communicate areas of change

MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)

Knowledge/Education:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong functional knowledge in following area: Salesforce.com Sales Cloud
  • Comprehensive understanding of complex software and information technology solutions and ability to apply to client needs.
  • Proficiency in enterprise territory management, workflows, approval rules and triggers with bulk safe practice and governor limits in Salesforce.com
  • Solid understanding of agile development methodologies.

Job Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of IT or related experience with B.A or B.S.
  • Experience in the development and support of integrated business applications and systems architecture.
  • Experience in business process definition, requirements definition and technology solution research.
  • Experience in facilitating small to large groups through challenging discussions.

  • Previous company's  experience Preference given to current company's employees.
  • Priority consideration will be given to local applicants Knowledge/Education:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Practical deployment and Salesforce development
  • Job Experience:
  • Knowledge and experience in the medical device industry.
