Job Title:

IT Application Support

Location:

Remote

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides end-user and technical support for COTS products.
• Troubleshoots end-user problems, performs data analysis and database scripting, and performs software configuration and implementation.
• This is a technical support position for third-party software.

Minimum Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in data analysis, SQL scripting, data structures, software configuration, software implementation/deployment, and advanced troubleshooting.
