The International Studies Office at the University of Virginia (UVA) seeks applications for ISO Senior Administrative Coordinator. The International Studies Office (ISO), a division of UVA Global, is a University-wide resource which contributes to UVA's global mission through activities, programs and services designed to support the development of a globally aware, culturally diverse education and research environment.
Responsibilities:
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma with 6 years' experience; bachelor's degree may substitute for experience. A strong understanding of international travel operations and processes, experience managing study abroad program or international conferences and events. Foreign Language proficiency especially French or Spanish. Experience working, traveling, or living abroad. Must be proficient in Excel and confident with databases/reporting tools, TDS experience a plus. The ability to work collaboratively in a team unit as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time management skills and the ability to work across times zones is required. Working knowledge of university procurement, travel, and policies associated with education abroad is preferred.
The Senior Administrative Coordinator will report to the Education Abroad Operations Manager.

The anticipated start date is May 2022. Anticipated Hiring Range: $21.63 - $25.00 per hour commensurate with education and experience. This is a full-time, non-exempt, benefited position. For more information on the benefits at UVA, visit hr.virginia.edu/benefits.
