Job Description

Position Description
Intuitive's Endoluminal US Commercial & Product Marketing team is looking for a Brand and Creative Project Manager to support the management and delivery of regional, product and society/academic marketing collateral for internal and external audiences.


This role will require strong cross-functional communication skills, excellent attention to detail, an understanding of marketing creative deliverables, and a tenacious drive to keep projects on track. The project manager will facilitate collaboration with various internal departments, internal reviewers and external marketing agencies. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating project plans, fostering communication and coordination between functional groups, identifying risks and mitigations, and providing updates on project status.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates marketing project briefs, any project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of projects. Facilitates amicable solutions with the appropriate customer(s).
  • Manages creative focused program meetings, notes and assignments, leveraging and creating tracking templates as needed
  • Manages project timelines with marketing agencies, forecasts budget, manages time constraints
  • Responsible for the workflow of content from 3rd party agencies through the approval process including creation of the content approval packets (ECOs, etc.) through the approval systems.
  • Communicates overall project status, decisions, issues and risks, effectively tailoring communications for appropriate audiences
  • Interface and coordinate with US subject matter experts and Global Brand & Creative project teams
  • Proven effectiveness when working under pressure and in fast pace environment
  • Appreciation for the creative process and skilled at working with creative teams
  • Ability to make sound decisions, think strategically, focus on detail, problem solve, and multi-task
  • Work with appropriate internal customers to identify and coordinate new project requirements and develop project scope
  • Assigns, schedules, reviews, facilitates kickoffs, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time
  • Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project including internal customers, management and project teams affected by the project
  • Ability to understand the customer journey and provide input and suggestions on campaign strategies

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum BA/BS degree preferred, PMP or another Project Management Certification welcome
  • Solid, demonstrated Minimum 2+ years cross-functional content project management experience, managing detailed schedules and projects across dozens of contributors/reviewers and complex content initiatives
  • Experience working with Legal, Privacy, Regulatory, Clinical departments to approve content; general understanding and interest of medical terminology
  • Excellent communication, writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, to technical, business, and executive stakeholders; expert-level fluency in written English ability to work across multiple regions and time zones
  • Experience using shared project management software
  • Ability to resolve problems while juggling multiple projects
  • Excellent self-management skills
  • Medical device or regulated industry experience a plus
