RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Inventory Associate in Orlando, FL.Duties Include:- Inventory Associate will process order email requests
- Process hospital non-stocks/requisitions
- Process purchase orders for product from hospitals & distributors
- Receive ordered products from suppliers and scan into inventory/maintain FIFO system on shelves
- Fill company orders and prepare for courier or for FedEx shipments
- Pass all ready-to-invoice items to Accounting for processing
- Review open sales orders in inventory system weekly; Review with Inventory Manager
- Review open purchase orders in inventory system weekly; Review with Inventory and Accounting
- As an Inventory Associate, you will request any missing serial numbers/tissue ID numbers on submitted non-stocks from distributors/reps
- Assist with weekly cleaning of Biologics suite and notate in Cleaning Log
- Assist with monthly shelf stocks audit/count and the reconciliation of all the company inventory
- Assist with monthly audit of all consigned inventory items with individual distributors/sales reps
- Maintain product samples and literature
- Add new customers, products, and pricing to inventory system
- Add new distributor/hospital/sales rep -buckets- to inventory system for consigned inventory
- Assist Inventory Manager with updates of work instructions as needed
- Assist with annual freezer defrost and cleaning
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years in an inventory-related position
- 3+ years in a customer/vendor-facing role with demonstrated written and verbal customer service skills
- Proficiency with computers (comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code
- Highly detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
