Job Description Summary:
oPayPal's Global Credit Risk, Seller Risk and Collections (GCSC) team is seeking a Credit Risk & Internal Controls Analyst to assist with oversight of our incident and issues management program. This position will work closely with the Global Credit business partners and FLOD Testing teams, across all Business and Consumer products, to identify and document issues and root cause, maintain the logging and tracking of issues and their associated remediation plans and provide regular reporting on the status to both internal and external business partners. The Credit Risk & Internal Controls Analyst will also be responsible for partnering with Legal, Compliance and internal SME partners to drive issue resolution, communication and documentation throughout the entire issue life cycle.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

o Maintain the issues management program through partnering with Global Credit business partners and FLOD Testing teams to identify and document issues and root cause, maintain the logging and tracking of issues and their associated remediation plans and provide regular reporting on the status to both internal and external business partners.

o Ensure all bank reporting and deadlines are met in accordance with contracts, amendments and SLA's.

o Ensure all bank testing and oversight requirements are met, including but not limited to, on-site and remote activities.

o Support all internal and external Credit Risk related exam/audit engagements.

Job requirements

o Consumer and/or Business Credit Risk Management Experience

o Relationship Management experience within a compliance and/or consumer banking environment

o Excellent written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

o Solid analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

o Results-oriented individual with ability to identify dependencies and leverage multiple sources of information at once

o Ability to work effectively in a complex environment

o Strong project management skills; prioritization, decisioningand task management skills with attention to detail and a strong focus on deliverables with time limitations.

o Must have the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, to provide potential solutions, to track issue status, and to report findings to external partners, peers, management and cross-functional teams.

o Proven ability to interact with technical project leads, developers, quality assurance, and business team members.

o Strong relationship management skills.

o Proficient in MS OFFICE.

o 4+ years of relevant work experience.

o Education

o Bachelor's degree required.
