Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts payable process, including reviewing and processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and resolving payment discrepancies
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage to record and maintain financial transactions
- Prepare regulatory reports and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Work with private equity firms to provide financial information and support investment activities
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Manage accounts receivable process, including invoicing customers, tracking payments, and resolving customer inquiries

Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage or similar programs
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
- Experience with financial statement preparation
- Familiarity with private equity accounting is a plus
