Responsibilities may include:

  • Support the test and test automation teams in the validation of networking and user interface firmware.
  • Assist with Linux kernel update on embedded systems. Specific experience with TI Sitara architectures is desirable.
  • Update u-Boot bootloader.
  • Update Linux kernel.
    Verify behavior of revised Linux Device Tree.
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications
  • At least Junior class standing, working toward a BS in electrical or computer engineering or computer science (or a closely related major) from an accredited institution
  • Software development coursework, ideally in C++
  • Familiarity with the Linux operating system, preferably in embedded applications
  • Understanding of networking or serial communications protocols is a plus
