We are an established Architectural & Construction company that have designed & built or remodeled 1,800+ financial facilities over the last 30 years. Our purpose is to provide state-of-the-art retail facilities that help clients improve their return on investment. We're seeking an Interior Designer that will be working with our clients to select and specify interior finishes and furnishings that are aligned with the overall design concept of projects.
What You Will Be Doing - Lead design direction on interiors projects, including programming to interpret client needs, conceptual design, design development, and take ownership of budget and schedule.
- Collaborate on interiors projects, including programming to interpret client needs, conceptual design, design development, and work within a budget and schedule.
- Prepare Material Boards, finish plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction.
- Manage and coordinate relationships with furniture vendors, including updating resource library with new offerings.
- Participate in client presentations in office and off site.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure design details are communicated accurately.
- Understanding of custom graphics and casework as it relates to the environment.
