Job Title: Infrastructure Support Analyst

Job Summary:

The Infrastructure Support Analyst will ensure the availability and maintenance of all networking infrastructure in support of business goals and security requirements for the EMS division. This will require maintenance and administration of key systems, rollouts of new technologies, and close cooperation with various corporate IT groups to successfully implement the technical aspects of enterprise level initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing support of products, services, applications, network systems and overall solutions
  • Performing systems software upgrades, workstation setups and server configurations
  • Maintaining software and hardware inventories
  • Providing operational support and analysis for the organizations information systems and peripheral equipment, such as servers, desktops, printers, and storage devices
  • Performing recovery procedures, scheduling, and backups
  • AD and AAD support
  • Maintaining operational integrity through adherence to, and enforcement of, corporate IT policies and procedures
  • Assist with purchasing, imaging and distribution of IT assets to end user community
  • Maintain IT asset inventory using corporate and EMS tools
  • Document all changes to the network environment
  • Assist in the implementation and deployment of IT projects
  • Functional understanding of all departmental, divisional, and enterprise SOP
  • Assist and promote cybersecurity throughout the organization
Qualifications:

Education and Certifications
  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or 5 years equivalent work experience.
  • Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSE) Certification preferred.
  • Microsoft Azure Certification preferred.
  • Continuing education in relevant technologies.
  • Willingness to travel.

Knowledge and Experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills related to the resolution of hardware/software issues.
  • Proficiency in server setup, virtual environments, cloud based and DR technologies.
  • Candidate must have the ability to work with minimal supervision, be self-motivated, and able to multitask.
