The role of an Indirect Lending Loan Processor is to process dealer loans and contracts and provide administrative support to department to ensure that high levels of accurate, timely customer service is provided. Performs administrative duties that include data entry, filing, faxing, copying, maintain loan document files, typing, and mailings. Audits dealer loan applications for accuracy; opens new membership accounts; provides high levels of customer service; ensures timely, accurate funding on loans; prepares, assembles, and maintains loan documents.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties that include data entry, filing, faxing, copying, maintain loan document files, typing, and mailings
  • Performs audits on dealer loan applications for accuracy
  • Opens new membership accounts
  • Provide high levels of customer service
  • Ensure timely, accurate funding on loans
  • Prepare, assembles, and maintains loan documents files and promptly submits files to be imaged
  • Answer telephone inquiries from Indirect lending queue
  • Respond to dealership inquiries
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently with limited required direction and guidance
  • High attention to detail is required
  • Remains cognizant of and adheres to NWFCU policies and procedures as well as regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous financial institution experience, data entry or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with MeridianLink, Dealertrack, Symitar, and Internet preferred
  • Knowledge of auto loan laws, rules and regulations preferred
