Implementation Consultant (EHR)

The Select Group is looking for a Allscripts Professional EHR SME to join one of their healthcare clients in Chicago, IL for Go Live support exclusively. Candidates may be located anywhere, with the ability to travel to Chicago for this client's Go Live. We are looking for Super Users who are able to interact with end users that are leveraging Veradigm/Allscripts EHR suite. This person should have a basic knowledge of clinical workflows.

Implementation Consultant (EHR) Must Have Skills

• Subject Matter Expertise in Veradigm/Allscripts Professional EHR
• Customer service driven mindset
• Ability to help answer questions, calls, and help explain to end users about the EHR.
• Proven track record of training and supporting both clinical and non-clinical staff

Implementation Consultant (EHR) Responsibilities

• Carry out the implementation of Allscripts Solutions, and other designated 3rd party products all while maintaining the detailed project plan and project scope.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues within the application and interfaces encountered during and after the implementation. This includes third party interfaces and applications.
• Assist clients with parameterization and configuration of the EHR to deliver the necessary functionality defined in the projected contract/scope.
• Lead and assist in the organizations specific system design, conversion migration and build of information in the database with the client.
• Design and present client specific documentation and formal training.
• Advise and assist clients on interface and application testing, planning, and fulfillment for successful Go live.
• Allscripts EHR application SME to ensure setup supports organizations workflow decisions and billing needs.
