Arhaus is seeking a motivated, tech-savvy individual with prior Help Desk experience to join our IT Help Desk team. The IT Help Desk Support Analyst position works on-site and provides telephone, hardware, software, how-to support, and customer service. The position’s focus is on technical phone support for our Store users along with phone and in-person technical support for our Corporate, and Warehouse users.
