The HR & Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating efficient department operations and supporting the HR team by performing a variety of duties. Primary responsibilities include recruiting and immigration support activities and HR service delivery administration. This position will primarily work with prospective, current, and former Bank employees and external vendors while also performing general HR department transactions.

Accountabilities:

  • Serves as first point-of-contact for current and former employee questions on HR policies and procedures.
  • Supports recruiting, job posting, hiring and onboarding activities including coordination of Talent Scout program, scheduling job fairs, ordering Bank merchandise for HR-related events, leading vendor management activities and assisting with internship program.
  • Supports sourcing of diverse candidate pools by strengthening relationships and partnerships with colleges/universities, diverse and community organizations and social media.
  • Assists with auditing and maintaining employee information, supporting department record management.
  • Assists with the pre-employment background checks for candidates and employment verification requests.
  • Coordinates immigration program and responds to questions, performing administrative tasks (postings, creating files, invoices), monitoring the process and coordinating with immigration counsel regarding questions and legal documents needing review and signatures.
  • Handles all department invoice uploads in Workday.
  • Maintains Workday recruiting records including requisitions, candidate status and recruiting reports.
  • Provides administrative support across the Human Resources division, including regular reviews to ensure compliance with internal controls, assist in maintaining policies and governing documents, and supports business processes such as open enrollment and performance enablement.
  • Provides support to employees and managers, responding to inquires through verbal and written communication.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' Human Resources or related experience.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • General immigration and recruiting knowledge preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities at once.
  • Ability to partner and build strong collaborative relationships internally at the Bank and externally with vendors.
  • Ability to work with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources or equivalent experience.

Compensation Range:
Annual Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00

This salary range represents the Bank's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of hire. Offer to be determined by selected applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills & abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.This role is also eligible to participate in the Bank's annual incentive plan.
