Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: 95k plus bonus
Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager (Bilingual / Vaccinated) for our client in their Dallas, TX area operations. The qualified individual will have 5+ years of Human Resources supervisory experience and be bilingual with English and Spanish.

COMPENSATION: $95k plus bonus

MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree

MUST HAVE: 5+ years of Human Resources supervisory experience

MUST HAVE: The ability to travel 25% per month to Houston

MUST BE: Bilingual (English and Spanish)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the leadership of the human resource activities in the Region

- Protect the company's interests and strengthening employee relationship

- Monitor labor contract administration and provide negotiation support

- Oversee recruitment, hiring, disciplinary, and termination process

- Lead new hire onboarding processes

- Provide guidance to managers on appropriate handling of employee matters

- Enforce employee handbook and applicable laws

- Monitor labor costs and recommend cost optimization

- Resolve employee legal matters

- Maintain records in relating to company, union, government requirements

- Evaluate run employee training

- Work with Safety team on issues

- Oversee the employee benefits programs

- Manage unemployment claims

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Fluent in English and Spanish

- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience

- Minimum 5 years as an advanced user of payroll software systems

- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
