Handle confidential employee and company information Communicate with leadership, as well as employees and outside vendors Balance needs of both company and employees Utilize time management skills to balance time and multiple tasking Become familiar with state and federal employment regulations through self-education and on the job training (OJT) Administer in-processing of new employees, to include internal communications, paperwork preparation and completion, online data submissions, orientation, connectivity, drug test administration, and badge issuance Administer terminations - coordinate with manager and security, notify appropriate departments, meet with employee, etc. Administer employee recognitions, to include quarterly and service awards, and tracking/filing thereof Track and maintain invoices and spreadsheet of monthly charges against department credit card Other duties as assigned
