Human Resources Business Partner

Huntsman's Performance Products Division is now searching for a Human Resources Business Partner who will bring organizational value by providing general Human Resources related support to all organizational levels of Huntsman Performance Products specific to the Conroe and Freeport facilities.

As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will:

• Provide consultation and respond to routine inquiries regarding HR programs and systems and direct employees to appropriate program information.
• Ensure employee records, Corrective Actions, and other HR documents are properly prepared and processed in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide assistance to hiring managers with regard to recruiting and selection process.
• Provide consultation to management & supervision staff regarding employee relations and compliance issues.
• Enforce and support HR programs and policies to ensure compliance to all organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Work with Manager, Human Resources to develop and deliver programs to support organizational goals.
• Perform other assignments as directed by the Manager, Human Resources.

Skills and experiences required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business
• Minimum of six years of experience
• Experience supporting a manufacturing client group required
• Must have a level of proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft programs
• PHR preferred.
