NxEdge is hiring for an experienced Human Resources Professional interested in business partnering, HR operations as well as talent management support. NxEdge is an exciting, dynamic and growing business in the rapidly expanding semiconductor industry. This role will provide growth and development for the HR Business Partner in all aspects of HR including recruiting, employee relations, employment, compliance, training, and communications.

Essential Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

  • Responsible for Staffing (Recruiting, Interviewing, Orientation/Onboarding, Exit Interviews).
  • Responsible for full onboarding cycle of employees including recruiting, first day orientation and development support.
  • Work with Enpro Recruiting team to identify and interview top talent for NxEdge openings.
  • Conducts Exit interviews and analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
  • Delivers training for HR-related activities including performance management, etc.
  • Build partnerships with local university and talent pools. May include: career fairs, college visits, student interviews and internships program administration.

Employee Relations:
  • Model NxEdge and Enpro core values of Safety, Excellence and Respect.
  • Responsible for Employee Relations (Investigations, Conflict Resolution, Coaching).
  • Responsible for Communications (Newsletter, Announcements, All Employee Emails, Memos, Bulletin Boards).
  • Assist to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory agency regulations and requirements.
Systems and Data Integrity:
  • Maintains and ensures integrity of employee data including employee records, candidate management data, and other employee data systems.
  • Completes routine and periodic record audits and contributes to yearly compliance reporting.
  • Assists with various administrative assignments, HR tasks and projects as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced.
  • Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to objectively coach employees and supervisors through complex, difficult and emotional issues.
  • Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, and regulations of government law.
  • Technically savvy in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in business/human resources-related area required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience required or experience and education equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resource concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry preferred.
