Provides Human Resources (HR) services across the organization to both internal and external customers as part of the Talent Acquisition team. Documents processes in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); answers high volume phone calls and emails from employees, applicants, managers and other customers for all HR-related needs; directs and assists callers, walk-ins and new hire appointments and provides them with thorough and accurate information to address all frequently-asked questions and needs; refers exceptions to specialists within the HR team; manages the team email in-box; assists Talent Acquisition Specialists, Managers, Directors and other team members in their day-to-day functions, initiatives and projects; performs sensitive and detailed administrative duties; participates in testing, data entry, and maintenance of data information systems; Processes mortgage and employment verifications for the Institute. Assists will all entry and onboarding of the Institute's non-paid population. Performs high-level support work that requires a great degree of tact and integrity due to the frequency of exposure to the senior level, internal and external contacts and highly-confidential data.
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; or
2. Associate's degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in human resources or a related field; or
3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in human resources or a related field.
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
