Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, is currently seeking a Human Resources Administrative Analyst to join the Human Resources Team in Louisville, KY.

Position Overview:

As a member of the Human Resources team, the position will have three primary responsibilities; 1) daily administration of key HR projects and processes; 2) analytical project support to enable the development and execution of the HR strategies and 3) administrative support to the CHRO. The Administrative Analyst must have a full understanding of HR functions and best practices and will support all projects and technologies across the department, including HR specialty technologies. Additionally, the role will support and work with the broader RSCS community to model the RSCS World Class Culture and support solutions that create value for RSCS and the team. The scope of this role is 80% HR project support and analytical; 20% administration and support of the CHRO.

The HR Administrative Analyst must possess and demonstrate outstanding administrative and communication skills and is expected to be a detail and conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. The best candidate must be dependable and accurate with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

To ensure success, the best candidate should display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, RSCS operations, culture, and employee programs. Top candidates will work with urgency, demonstrating strength in problem-solving, efficient scheduling, and precision in the recruitment process.

Essential Functions:

Department Support

  • Assist with the recruitment process and new hires, including scheduling, onboarding, and position backup for the recruiting leader
  • Assist with benefits administration and the Open Enrollment process and oversee the completion of benefit documentation
  • Implement employee programs, including Wellness Program, Service Anniversaries, Scholarship Program, Campaigns, Recognition, Events, employee parties and weekly company lunches
  • Design creative communications for marketing employee programs to the team members.
  • Demonstrate and encourage the RSCS World Class culture, participating in all events and serving as engagement ambassador to team members
  • Serve as a contact for all HR systems and train new users as appropriate
  • Manage projects and supporting analysis for CHRO and department leaders as required
  • Develop and support presentations and numerous ad hoc Senior Leadership reviews
  • Assist in department budget preparation, analysis and administration and monitor expenditures. Process department invoices in NetSuite.
  • Assist in development, coordination, and implementation of training, safety, certification, and employee development programs.
  • Serve as a resource for employees and managers with questions related to human resources and personnel policy. Provide direction, as necessary.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Update and maintain Employee Handbook
  • Provide detailed research and analysis as required
  • Manage Calendar, book all travel (air, hotel, etc.), and expense statements for the CHRO
  • Assist with performance management procedures and process
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas, Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Support all HR processes and programs; order bereavement flowers, gifts, meals as needed

Required Skills
  • Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Human Resources. MBA or master's preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years professional work experience post undergraduate degree completion. Combination of analytical and administrative experience.
  • Must have minimum of 2 to 3 years of HR Generalist experience, including compensation and benefits. Technology proficient.
  • Prefer relevant knowledge of HR and payroll systems - ADP preferred. Knowledge of total compensation principles and ability to apply.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and understanding for need of protection of highly confidential employee information.
  • Ability to handle high levels of confidential information
  • Results-oriented with ability to initiate and lead projects to completion within deadline.
  • Ability to review and analyze information, reach conclusions, and identify trends.
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines and handle competing and shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; creativity a plus
  • Must be detail-oriented, accurate and highly organized.
  • Ability to work successfully - independently and within a team.
  • Operate well and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to perform general administrative duties.
  • Manage assigned workload; take initiative to identify and escalate exceptions to manager while maintaining resolution responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability and excitement to continue to learn new skills.
  • Strong technical proficiency and computer skills; Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills, advanced PowerPoint skills, Word, and Access; Net Suite; HRIS Technologies including ADP; Peakon; Talent Matters
