JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking an HSE Advisor to join the team in Greeley, CO. They will be working a 5/40 schedule with 20% time in the field and some weekends on call.

Location: Greely, CO

Duration: 12 months with potential to extend

Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spill support including but not limited to:
• Regulatory notification(s),
• Form 19 I/S preparation and submittal
• Clean-up support
• Contractor interaction
• Laboratory data review and QA/QC
• Tracking and reporting
• Prepare and submit Form 27 I/S
• Special project support
• Project updates/communication to internal stakeholders
• Spill compliance
• On-Call support
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders related to projects
• Remediation team support
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and Power Point
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to work independently.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years direct field experience in oil and gas
• Demonstrated understanding of ECMC and CDPHE Regulations
• Minimum Bachelors with focus in Earth Science, Geology, Engineering, Environmental Studies
• OSHA 40 hr HAZWOPER
• Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) preferred
