Location: Vernon Hills, IL
Description: The Judge Group is in search of an HR Generalist or HR Manager to join a rapidly-expanding multi-billion dollar global food manufacturer. You'll join a growing Human Resources team to assist with a company looking to more than double their US footprint in the near future and expand the local Chicago site by more than 100 employees in the next year! It's a great role for an HR Generalist who can grow into an HR Manager or someone who is already and HR Manager looking for even more growth. Outstanding benefits including M/D/V and 401k match.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Employee Relations / Policy Enforcement / Investigations / Corrective Actions / Training of Employees and Supervisors
• Support and counsel employees on workplace issues, liaising between employees and supervisors

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field is preferred - commensurate Manufacturing industry HR experience
• At least three years of previous Human Resources experience
• HRIS system experience desired
• Excellent written and communication skills across multiple levels of business
