Kforce has a client that is seeking a HR File Administrator in St. Louis, MO.Responsibilities:
File and organize personnel documents
Update personnel files with up to date records
Contact employees with missing or expired records to collect documents and add to file
Follow Checklist to ensure files are complete and in fully compliant
Previous office/filing experience
Experience working with I9s or with HR files preferred, not required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
