Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Payroll/Benefit Records in SAP-Enter and maintain the Payroll/Time records to ensure our hourly and salaried employees are paid correctly every payroll cycle by providing general oversight of hourly time records, managing vacation requests, administering deductions/reimbursements & running appropriate reports to ensure information is properly reconciled prior to payroll run
  • Collaborate with the Payroll and HRIS teams to identify improvement opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency & optimization of systems
  • Maintain attendance records & issue related discipline as necessary
  • Facilitate and serve as the main point of contact for benefit activities; manage the open enrollment process
  • Manage paperwork and required communication with employees on Leaves of Absence (Family and Medical Leave, Short Term Disability, military and personal)
  • Assist employees with elevated benefits issues to ensure adequate resolution
  • Assist with the facilitation of new hire orientation and construct new hire packets
  • Prepare materials for presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Actively participate in the MORE committee (social events committee)
  • Serve as SAP key user
  • Complete employment verifications as necessary
  • Serve as a back up for maintaining personnel files and administering our service award program
  • May assist with the recruitment of hourly positions as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
  • Administer Company policies and procedures to ensure consistency
  • Ensure compliance with all related TISAX, IATF and ISO-14001 policies and procedures


Your Skills & Strengths
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Human Resources Management or related field from an accredited four-year college or university is required
  • Minimum of 4 years of payroll & benefits experience
  • HRIS experience required, SAP experience is strongly preferred
  • Must have excellent planning and organizational skills in addition to strong analytical skills; detail orientation is absolutely required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully meet deliverables is a must
  • Solid time management and prioritization skills are required
  • Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team is required
  • Demonstrated past record of sound decision making is required
  • Must have broad, basic understanding of Federal and State employment laws
