  • Executive Administrative Support
  • Provide executive administrative support to the VP of Human Resources, i.e. calendar maintenance, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, complete expense reports, answer phones, open & distribute mail, draft communications and presentations, and maintain highly confidential information.
  • Research confidential employee data and runs reports as needed.
  • Code all invoices and submits for payment. Researches questionable invoices and resolves as needed.
  • Complete expense reports and submits for payment.
  • Track expenses for budgetary purposes.
  • Create weekly open position reports for executive staff meetings.
  • Other duties as required
  • HR Project Management - assist in the coordination of the following HR programs for Mohawk Flooring
  • Performance Reviews and Salary Planning Process
  • Succession Planning - Coordinates succession planning process (i.e., org charts, profiles, presentations, etc.)
  • 360 Process - Coordinate 360 process for designated groups
  • Misc. Projects - Coordinates and assist with other various HR-related projects as needed
  • Legal Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to the Flooring Legal department which consists of two lawyers. Administrative support will consist of preparing confidential documents, maintaining legal file room, research and compile reports, maintain legal database, and other duties as required.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • HR and/or Legal experience strongly preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • 5-8 years of executive administrative support required. Project management experience strongly preferred
