Our client, a local university in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to support their team!

About You:

• 2+ years of previous HR experience; interest in HR or previous relevant internships preferred.
• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office and databases.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to be 100% on-site.

The Job:

• Enter data for all staff, students, and temporary employees (including new hire, terminations, data changes, additional pay, Form I-9 information, etc.).
• Run queries to accurately audit data and resolve issues accordingly.
• Complete employment verifications and letters of employment.
• Maintain Form I-9s and manage the remote Form I-9 process.
• Follow-up to ensure that all paperwork is received on time and accurate.
