Job Description: Our customer needs an additional Help Desk Technician working on-site with a local support team of three peers. The Help Desk Technician provides level 1 IT support to 130+ colleagues at the downtown Dallas location. Additionally, the Help Desk Technician will work in collaboration with IT professional colleagues at four other locations to support 500+ users virtually. Successful candidates will not only have the technical background to provide basic level 1 support to users, but the capacity to learn new technologies. Successful candidates will be committed to providing great, responsive thorough and knowledgeable technological solutions to meet users' varied needs. Additionally, successful candidates will be tenacious problem solvers; show initiative; and deliver "white glove" user support to all colleagues regardless of the complexity of the technological challenge. Excellent attention to detail, superior time-management, and great communication skills are required of any candidate.


Job Requirements:

BA in Computer Science
Current Microsoft certifications
Current VMware certifications
2+ years' experience with systems and user support
Customer service
Communication skills
Technical diagnostic skills
Streamline IT processes
Microsoft, Windows OS family
Microsoft Office products
Database basic troubleshooting
TCP/IP protocols
