Job Description

Flexion Inc. a Madison, WI based IT Consulting and Services firm is looking for a Help Desk II Consultant to work on a long-term consulting project. The client for this position is based in Madison, WI.

Candidates are required to be in the Madison, WI area, this will be a hybrid position with onsite work done in Madison, WI. Work can also be done full time from the client office in Madison, WI. There is no on-call for this position, work hours will be Monday-Friday from 7am to 3:30pm.

Duties for this position will include providing support to end users on a variety of IT issues by responding to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.. Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. Documenting, tracking, and monitoring the problems to ensure a timely resolution.

Experience required for this position includes Help Desk capabilities with at least one year of experience in the IT customer service field or in a customer support related area.
