Your Role:

TheHead of North America Salesforce Enablement, Research Solutions Commercial Americasis responsible for establishing and delivering on vision for the sales/commercial organization GTM model, enabling effective sales team execution, quality sales enablement tools and systems, while continuously improving processes and capabilities. This is a highly visible and multi-faceted role, as responsibility includes interfacing across entire commercial team while developing successful cross department relationships. To achieve success, the Head of Sales Enablement must be passionate and proactive visionary in improving the productivity and effectiveness of the Research commercial organization, developing, gaining adoption, and executing projects in support of Research Solutions' commercial Strategic Vision.

In this role you will:

  • Provide overall leadership and management of Sales Enablement functions and associated system responsibilities: CRM & Digital Selling Tools, Territory Management and Incentive Compensation, Sales Analytics & Reporting, Commercial Process Improvement, Strategic Communication, People & Engagement Strategy, Sales Coaching, Pricing Intelligence & Coaching, and Sales Development.
  • Identify, continuously improve, integrate and communicate all sales processes, including but not limited to, CRM, incentive compensation program, performance reporting & analytics, etc.
  • Delivers leadership, vision, and direction to ensure commercial team is maximizing "best in class" sales automated systems, reporting and tools via innovative and valuable training programs for new-hires and established teams. Identify, leverage, and manage vendors in support of projects and strategies.
  • Develops and manages significant cross-functional relationships. Key interdependent partnering relationships will exist with with commercial leadership teams, eBusiness, Commercial Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, and HR.
  • Ensure that Sales Enablement is aligned and supports the Research marketing and sales strategies.
  • Developing a team of high performing individuals
  • Planning, building and executing cross-organizational sales enablement initiatives
  • Providing clear and actionable programs, communications and training to support the development of excellent selling skills throughout the organization.
  • Work with Research Solutions business partners to support enablement requests and gather feedback from Sales teams on a regular basis.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years combined experience inSales / Sales Enablement / Sales Training / Sales Effectiveness Experience
  • Strong Life Sciences business and data & analytics/market insights / digital technology acumen
  • Controlling skills with experience in operating planning and budget management
  • Experience leading large scale projects with responsibility of budget
