RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a HCM Project Manager in Tampa, FL.Key Tasks:

• HCM Project Manager will coordinate successful cross-functional testing efforts
• Work with IT, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure successful integration
• Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making
• As a HCM Project Manager, you will serve as an escalation point for critical functional issue resolution
• Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets
• Assist with change management and system training for end user

Continued Development & Maintenance:

• Once live, continue to support business needs through further development of Workday & Kronos functionality
• Develop & manage cross-functional system maintenance plan
• HCM Project Manager will design, code, document and implement new applications & as well as existing programs
• Contribute to enhancements, and corrections to existing applications codebase
• Develop code that complies with design specifications and meets security and best practices
• Create documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance
• HCM Project Manager will identify opportunities for future enhancements and refinements to standards and development methodologies
• Coordinate continued culture transformation needs

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS/BA in Information Systems preferred with minimum 5 years of experience in implementation and production support of Workday HCM and Kronos
• 5+ years of Project management experience
• Experience in large-scale implementations
• Experience working within a complex unionized environment preferred
• Workforce
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Implementation experience
• Experience building Reports and custom calculated fields for business processes based using Workday business objects, Workday security setup, and Workday Integration (EIBs)
• Extensive integration development experience using EIB, Core connecters, and Workday Studio as well as Document Transformation, XSLT and XML
