Position Summary

The Compliance Administrator supports the Global Compliance team with administrative and technical tasks at an approximately even split of responsibility. As a Compliance Administrator, you will be required to perform a mix of administrative duties (ie. schedule meetings, data entry, etc) and provide technical support to the Interventional Urology ("IUBU") Compliance Officer, (ie. SteepRock invoice review and approval).

Principal Responsibilities

Administrative:
• Support the Corporate Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, with various administrative tasks including schedule and meeting management.
• Supervise and manage compliance internal investigation activity, reporting, and data management of same.
• Supervise and manage ad hoc compliance group projects to ensure the department's high level of performance.
• Coordinate communications including sending mass e-mail updates, responding to emails, and interfacing with team members at various levels across the organization up to and including the executive team.
• Preparation of support materials for briefing committees such as calendaring of reminders regarding deadlines for submission of materials, setting up meetings to discuss and refine draft materials and inputting changes into slide decks and word documents.
• Arrange events and meetings as required. Schedule and participate in meetings and document meeting minutes as requested.
• Assist with business travel planning and coordination for the Corporate Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and compliance group personnel.
• Ad hoc project-based support for the Global Compliance team to help ensure an effective Compliance program across the organization.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

Technical:
• Reviews and processes invoices from Health Care Professionals in a timely and accurate basis via the healthcare consultant data management system (SteepRock®) consistent with the Company's compliance policies and related laws and regulations.
• Follow-ups with team members across the organization to ensure timely and complete data and documentation into the SteepRock system related to Health Care Professional activities.
• Creates and runs reports from the SteepRock system and analyzes data for accuracy, completeness, trends, etc. Prepares internal documents, updates, and/or reports for IUBU Compliance team members.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• One-year experience in a related field preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
