Your Role:

The Global Marketing Manager, Photoresistsis accountable for leading the development of global business, marketing, and product strategies for a segment of the organization's patterning business. You will help implement these business strategies globally through collaborating with end customers, R&D, Integrated Supply Chain, and account management teams.

This position manages and grows the global sales and margins for the Patterning photoresist portfolio of products. You will be accountable for creating and implementing organic and inorganic strategies to meet both short and long range growth objectives.

Essential functions:

  • Lead the creation and execution of global market/product strategies for how we will win in the photoresist market. Involve key stakeholders from across the company as needed to obtain their inputs and buy-in for the strategies.
  • Monitor the global sales and margins for the photoresist segment. Develop and implement improvement plans to ensure the Patterning business meets its long term revenue and profit goals.
  • Leads the development of Global Marketing Strategies including pricing, promotion, and product line strategies for the photoresist segment.
  • Participates in the processes to partner with leading customers as well as market leading suppliers to gain critical Voice of the Customer (VOC) information to define and prioritize projects that help Patterning develop new products and services to drive revenue and margin growth.
  • Interprets market intelligence into actionable plans.
  • Prioritizes and leads Product Development Projects to drive the development of new photoresist products. Utilizes customer VOC, input from in-house and external technology experts, and external collaborations to ensure that the photoresist technology roadmap is aligned with the needs of strategic customers and the overall market.
  • Provides training on markets, products and technologies.

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate will have spent time in an engineering or technology related position, transitioned to a sales role, and then moved into a marketing function with extensive experience in advanced photolithography processes such as EUV and 193 immersion.

This is a field based opportunity.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS/ BA in a scientific or business discipline (Chemical, Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing or other related field).
  • 10+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry with end users, OEM's, and/or material suppliers.The ideal candidate will have spent time in an engineering or technology related position, transitioned to a sales role, and then moved into a marketing function within the broad Semiconductor industry.
  • Up to 40% domestic/international travel required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
  • Advanced photolithography experience
  • Ability to understand the financial impact of plans and actions, then make changes and recommendations to plans based on that knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to create and promote differentiated value to customers, understand financial implications of decisions, and work collaboratively within a multi-cultural matrix organization to execute plans
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, innovative with good verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
