This is an onsite role with a flexibility of a hybrid schedule in our Issaquah, WA or Palo Alto, CA office.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Global Marketing Communications Manager , you will be responsible for:

  • Marketing communications from strategy through execution for our Cardiovascular Ultrasound business. Serve as a key resource to the product marketing and global cross-modality teams to recommend and execute high-impact communications programs, including traditional and new media, conferences, and marketing events.
  • Developing and implementing integrated marketing communication strategies and plans encompassing collateral, events, demand generation, sales enablement, and brand positioning.
  • Ensuring consistent messaging across communication channels to effectively represent the company's products, solutions and services to customers, prospects, employees, partners, and media.
  • Leveraging best practices including digital marketing, content marketing and demand generation in partnership with digital strategy teams.
  • Sharing campaign and channel metrics as well as industry trends including recommendations with key stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Developing sales enablement assets in collaboration with marketing managers and agencies, monitoring the effectiveness and increasing usage through internal platforms.
  • Managing agency landscape and all related projects with external and internal agencies and groups (i.e. PR, social media, media buying).
  • Analyze communication program results; implement improvements based on insights.
  • Interface with global stakeholders and corporate teams to drive promotion of critical assets.

  • Demonstrated experience managing the creation of integrated marketing communications programs preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Skilled in operating in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal tools.
  • Experience building and managing demand generation campaigns.
  • Experience in event/congress management
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
  • BA/BS Communications or equivalent; MBA highly desirable.
  • 8+ years of successful experience within marketing communications or communications.
  • Prior healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Possess strong project management skills.
  • Ability to interface with upper management and global colleagues in a professional manner.
  • Proven creative, innovative, and strategic thinker.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Effective and engaging writer and storyteller with strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel required: 10-20%
The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is 8% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
