Location for this role is flexible to Allentown, PA or Tempe, AZ.

Your Role:
Together with the Sector HR BP Lead, the Sector HRBP Electronics will implement business unit-specific initiatives that support growth and business transformation. You will monitor and identify business performance and people risks and opportunities (e.g. People Analytics), and design solutions that include an emphasis on enhanced diversity and employee engagement. You will support in mitigating gaps and identifying future people requirements through talent management, sourcing, performance and rewards strategies for business-critical roles. Together with the leadership team, you will implement change management and cultural transformation initiatives.

The specific business unit and leader assignment will be shared during the selection process.

Who You Are:
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or other relevant area
• At least 5 years of working experience in experience in consulting, HR Business Partner or HR Center of Expertise in an international environment


Preferred qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
• Strong project management experience
• Strong communcation and relationship building skills.
• Ability to work in a nebulouse environment
• Ability to strategize and formulate business plans
• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem solving ability, used to work with analytic tools to foster data driven decisions
• Proven ability to collaborate and to influence stakeholders across various businesses, geographies, and HR functions
• Solution- and future-oriented thinking
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Master's degree in Business Administration, HR or other relevant area
