Job Summary
Responsible for setting the strategic global direction for TSI's digital presence, including website presences, social, and all digital outlets. Leads the setting of objectives and goals for the corporation's digital properties, the planning, design, optimization, measurement and reporting of TSI's B2B websites. Design and develop effective strategies to improve ecommerce, social media, and digital demand generation programs with the goal to improve the customer experience, as well as increase brand awareness and preference, generate qualified leads, and improve customer service. This position will drive online marketing tactics including SEO, PPC, Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, Conversion, ecommerce, Remarketing, Retargeting, and Data Analysis.
Job Responsibilities
Leadership:
- Establish the strategic global direction of all TSI digital channels
- Lead digital initiatives cross-functionally with Marketing Communications team, Software team, Business Unit Directors, Product Managers, Product Marketing Specialists
- Develop strong partnership with IT organization
- Coach and mentor the global marketing communications specialist team to increase their digital expertise
- Define, develop and implement digital processes and process improvements across the organization, including training, mentoring and coaching to ensure processes are adhered to and resulting in intended outcomes
Strategic Vision:
- Develop and lead the execution global digital strategy and the development of tools, templates and processes supporting TSI business success
- Develop communications around the digital strategy to align the organization at all levels
- Identify and evaluate current digital marketing trends and best practices engaging customers and prospects, implementing those appropriate to further grow the digital footprint of TSI
- Optimize the content marketing aspects of TSI's digital platforms such as website and CRM, in partnership with the Marketing Communications team, IT, Software, and Sales departments
Tactical Execution:
- Direct the development and execution of high impact, results-oriented digital plans and programs
- With digital team, support lead generation activities such as digital advertising, email campaigns, webinars, website, and social media
- Develop departmental budget and review business unit marketing budgets for effective utilization of digital marketing spend
- Coach and mentor Marketing Communications team members in the creation, development, design, and measurement of digital campaigns
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesOversee the Digital Team strategy, planning, execution and measurement of all digital outlets for TSI. Supervise the Digital Team workload to ensure prioritization, appropriate resource assignments, and deadlines.
Job RequirementsEducation - Required-Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Experience
- 10 + years of experience in marketing or B2B digital marketing
- Proven experience with customer experience design, website management, search engine optimization, search engine marketing and social media
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Proven experience in demonstrating influence across an organization, including senior level management
- Experience with international markets highly valued
Knowledge of:
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing automation and email platforms
- Advanced knowledge content layout experience with the ability to use content management systems, use basic html/CSS and working knowledge .net platform
- Advanced knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to develop strategies to drive online traffic and grow customer engagement via digital channels
TravelPosition requires limited travel, estimated up to 10%
