What you Will Do:

As Global Brand Director - Respiratory Biologics, you'll play a pivotal role leading the development of a compelling long-term brand vision for a dynamic and important product in our Respiratory portfolio. You will work with cross-functional commercial and project teams, as well as with regional commercial leaders and our collaborations partners. You will play a critical role in helping to define and drive product strategy and leading key deliverables such as the disease awareness campaigns, congress strategy, and KEE engagement strategy. To succeed you will demonstrate your ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership capabilities, problem solve, influence without authority and collaborate in both scientific and commercial contexts. You will help build and implement the global brand strategy and defend against competitive product launches.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree is required with business degree or scientific expertise as preferred
  • Significant experience (10 + years) in healthcare or biopharma industry, with experience in the respiratory therapeutic area.
  • In-depth understanding of commercial strategy, methodologies and tools
  • Detailed 'hands-on' knowledge of building TPPs, generating sales forecasts and business cases.
  • Product launch and market development experience.
  • Thorough understanding of the drug development process and the need for commercial line of sight throughout
  • Understanding of future healthcare market challenges including local regulatory DO's and DON'Ts
  • Exposure to and track record of effective management of senior decision-making/governance bodies
  • Proven experience of engaging with and using insights from external customers e.g. KEEs, prescribers, payors

Desirable Skills/Experience:
  • Advanced Degree e.g. MBA
