What You Will Be Doing Responsible for assisting in the pre-planning and successful execution of projects safely, on schedule,
within budget, and to the Companys quality standards. Assist with continued education and
development of project(s) staff with respect to scheduling, production and tracking, quality control,
safety, and forecasting. This position requires confidence, independent action, initiative, a sense of
urgency, and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them.
What You Need for this Position - 10+ years of Superintendent experience ($20+ million projects)
- Live or can commute daily to projects in the Houston area and surrounding cities
- 4-year degree is preferred, but not required
- Experienced in scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of
construction
