General Manager If you are a General Manager with experience, please read on!

We are a well-established emergency restoration company based in the Southeast! We are not necessarily looking for someone with restoration experience - we are looking for someone that has extensive experience leading and building teams.

We are currently hiring Branch General Managers at our Macon & Chattanooga locations.
What You Will Be Doing Responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Overall success of your branch
- Leading your branch & the 5 head employees at your location
- Hitting quota/revenue goals
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Ability to write accurate estimates
What You Need for this Position - Construction services experience (not necessarily restoration)
- Customer service, sales, hiring, recruiting or coaching backgrounds
- Effective leadership & communication skills
- Understanding of financial statements
- Desire to lead your own team
What's In It for You - Salary - $100-125k (DOE) with commission % based on total revenue
